Alma TED (Trans Epidermal Delivery) is an ultrasound technology with push back air pressure effect designed to deliver specially formulated Hair Care Serum to stimulate hair follicle growth. Alma TED is a painless procedure that opens the skin channels using ultrasonic energy. After your Alma TED treatment, there is no recovery period to worry about. However, do not wash your hair or have it colored for 24 hours.
It’s important to know that every patient is an individual, and there is no “one size fits all” therapy. PRP is typically a once-a-year treatment, whereas TED would require a series of three treatments, one month apart. TED is NEEDLE FREE and PAIN FREE. PRP utilizes a needle to draw the blood and inject the plasma harvested from the blood into the scalp.
